This is a hands-on role where you'll learn, experiment, and grow while working on real campaigns, real brands, and real results.
What You'll Be Doing
Shooting
short-form videos
(reels, ads, social clips) for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Writing
scripts and content ideas
for videos and marketing campaigns
Running and managing
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email campaigns
Helping manage and improve
e-commerce websites
for better user experience and conversions
Working on
SEO
(keyword research, basic on-page optimization)
Creating visuals using
Photoshop / Adobe tools
Updating websites using
WordPress
(basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
Checking performance using
Google Analytics
and improving campaigns based on data
Trying new ideas, testing ads, and optimizing for better results
Keeping up with trends in
reels, ads, SEO, and digital marketing
What We're Looking For
Interest in
digital marketing and content creation
Comfortable being behind the camera and
shooting videos
Ability to write simple, engaging
video scripts
Basic knowledge of SEO, ads, or design is a plus (not mandatory)
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Good communication and team skills
Driving & Travel (Important)
Valid G2 or G driving license required
Having your own car is a big plus
, as you may need to travel for shoots
Experience
Freshers are welcome
Full training will be provided
If you've already worked on reels, ads, or social media pages, that's a bonus -- but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
