Position Overview
The
Digital & Local Store Marketing (LSM) Specialist
is responsible for strengthening
Jugo Juice's
digital presence and supporting franchisees in executing effective local marketing strategies.
This role combines digital marketing expertise, including
SEO
,
Google ecosystem management
, and
online engagement,
with hands-on local activation to drive traffic, visibility, and brand loyalty.
You'll report to the
Director of Marketing
, working closely with
Business Development Managers (BDMs)
, agencies, and franchisees to ensure consistent, results-driven execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Drive customer engagement through social media, the loyalty program, and digital channels such as Google Reviews, newsletters, and email marketing.
Lead SEO and website optimization, including content, visuals, store locator, and nutritional information, to enhance discoverability and user experience.
Manage Google Business Profiles for all stores, ensuring accuracy of hours, pins, and listings.
Implement digital audit recommendations and ensure continuous improvement of online performance.
Monitor analytics across digital platforms and prepare monthly performance reports.
Coordinate and attend photoshoots with agencies to capture brand content.
Local Store Marketing (LSM)
Collaborate with BDMs to activate local marketing initiatives that drive in-store traffic.
Guide and motivate franchisees in their local marketing efforts, offering creative solutions and support.
Ensure digital visibility across mall properties by coordinating with mall marketing teams for joint promotional opportunities.
Develop marketing plans for new store openings and support turnaround strategies when needed.
Create and share toolkits, templates, and best practices to simplify franchisee execution.
Measure and circulate top-performing LSM campaigns across the network.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or franchised industry.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Business environments.
Experience managing SEO, social media accounts, and content performance.
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and other social scheduling tools.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools is an asset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
