MAKING AN IMPACT
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Fundraising, the Digital Fundraising Senior Specialist is responsible for leading a wide range of operational and new digital fundraising initiatives across the department to drive increased conversions and grow revenue. The role will work closely with cross-functional partners within Mass Marketing, the Digital Marketing Solutions team, the Brand Marketing team, and external agencies to manage and implement key fundraising initiatives.
The Digital Fundraising Senior Specialist is an expert in marketing operations and manages projects from their ideation through execution and key performance evaluation. Working closely with our agency and internal partners, they ensure a smooth and efficient go-to-market process. Using exceptional communication skills and advanced digital knowledge, they develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible product and digital conversion experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Digital Marketing Operations & Platform Management
Oversee front-end and back-end digital builds including adding new conversion features and managing the content and asset refresh for fundraising promotions on cancer.ca.
Develop and track all URL parameters required for reporting on campaign performance across cancer.ca and associated web properties.
Work with internal teams to streamline reporting, ensure accuracy, and up-to-date metrics.
Liaise with internal and external partners to input all requirements, manage and consolidate feedback, and coordinate the English and French go-live project deliverables for all paid campaigns and CCS fundraising product pages.
Review and analyze market trends to optimize digital acquisition plans and document/communicate new opportunities to cross-functional partners and external agencies.
Oversee the digital fundraising annual and monthly landing page updates and the creation of net new pages and donation forms for all paid digital.
Work with internal teams to evaluate and manage net-new and existing digital fundraising resources, establishing best practices for cancer.ca revenue pages.
Use data to analyze always-on site performance, looking to optimize the user experience and drive revenue growth.
Always-On Media & Vendor Management
Ensure vendor compliance with CCS brand and digital fundraising requirements.
Assess real-time campaign dashboards and performance and provide recommendations and commentaries on what is working/not working to help optimize the performance.
Coordinate status updates with external partners and ensure all key take-aways are recorded and communicated back to stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end digital testing to ensure all approved English and French paid assets reflect the user experience from the point of click, to the CCS digital fundraising product pages, and through checkout.
Manage the digital fundraising video, static and copy asset creation, review and final approval processes for all paid-acquisition campaigns with internal and external partners.
Manage the paid-acquisitions campaign performance dashboards to drive a positive ROI via Google Analytics, Salesforce, Luminate and FundraiseUp.
Digital/Web Project Management
Liaise with internal and external partners to create and document the requirements for new digital fundraising product campaigns to grow monthly recurring giving.
Facilitate the translation of marketing materials adhering to internal timelines and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline digital fundraising processes to efficiently bring best-in-class products to market.
Develop and maintain digital fundraising campaign go-to-market requirements, checklists, calendars, activity/media/asset plans, workback schedules, translations, and program briefs.
Develop, manage and oversee the execution of the digital fundraising go-to-market deliverables for all English and French campaigns.
Other

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing, e-Commerce and/or Direct Response.
3-5 years of meaningful work experience in digital marketing and project management
University or college degree in business, marketing, communications or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
Demonstrated data-centric approach to ensure all decisions are measurable and impactful
Good judgment and experience in the development of creative assets that adhere to CCS visual guidelines, with a keen eye for detail
Strategic and results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, who ask questions and genuinely curious
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ability to influence others
Proactive individual with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
Experience in navigating teams in a large matrix organization
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to move quickly within a fast-paced environment and to rally the team around a common goal
Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships
