What we are looking for:




We're seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist who excels at cultivating meaningful connections on social and emerging platforms. The role ensures ongoing engagement on social platforms, staying ahead of emerging trends, and maximizing reach through advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for engaging in social media, monitoring analytics, optimizing performance, creating content and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and manage engagement across social media and emerging platform communities (e.g. X, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, etc.) Analyze social metrics and audience behaviour to inform strategic adjustments and optimize performance Identify and activate new platform opportunities and trending formats to elevate engagement and reach Create engaging video content for social media and digital advertising Stay on top of video trends and suggest fresh, creative approaches Work with the marketing team to deliver edited videos that meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and creative briefs Support community growth initiatives, including influencer and partner engagement, to expand visibility Collaborate with marketing, sales, service and parts teams to align digital experiences with broader brand objectives Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and influencers to maximize exposure opportunities Provide insights and recommendations based on data to strengthen digital performance and community loyalty Ensure all digital initiatives comply with brand guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements and are inclusive and accessible Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring:



Ability to react promptly to online engagement, trends, and time-sensitive opportunities Proactive, with the ability to take initiative without requiring constant direction Proficient digital platform skills, including analytics and ad management tools Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut Pro, or similar). Adaptability and innovative thinking Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital engagement, social media management, and/or community management roles Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required) Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in social analytics tools and dashboards Solid understanding of SEO principles, content management systems, and digital marketing tools Experience with digital advertising platforms such as X, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Creator Tools, and GA4 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage authentically and uphold brand voice Trend-savvy and curious about emerging platforms, with a passion for testing new engagement tactics Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and service teams Experience creating social and digital campaigns, online events, or influencer/community partnerships Exposure to audience segmentation and engagement tactics across diverse digital communities Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for composition and storytelling Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) A passion for the Automotive industry Reliable transportation for on-site shoots
