Position Overview
We're seeking a Digital Designer to join our fast-growing Creative team at CanPrev. It's a rewarding, fast-paced environment. Great for an ambitious professional who is collaborative, enthusiastic, independent, flexible, people-oriented, cool under pressure, organized, and driven by curiosity.
As a Digital Designer, you will bring ideas to life across multiple digital channels while maintaining CanPrev's graphic standards and brand identity. You will be responsible for designing and implementing creative assets that will be used in digital advertising campaigns, social media marketing, A/B testing and much more. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamental skills needed to design, implement and evaluate digital and social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with peers to create designs for digital advertising, social media marketing, PPC ad networks, 360 IMC campaigns, and more.
Process creative briefs and apply that direction effectively in your design process.
Apply fundamental design elements to your work including colour, typography, photography, and proportion.
Create instructive designs appropriate for the current digital landscape.
Design highly creative pieces while maintaining CanPrev's established graphic standards and brand identity.
Take compelling design from concept to the finish line.

Key Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design/Interactive Media Design (INM) or experience in a related creative field.
Minimum 1 year of digital design-related experience.
Experience with digital media design, influence-based marketing, and analytics.
Confidence using Adobe CC applications (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma.
Advertising agency experience is an asset.
