Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in digital media, particularly within the healthcare sector. This role will involve creating visually appealing designs that enhance user experience while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and design digital assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and align with branding guidelines. Utilize CAD software to create precise designs and models as needed. Ensure all designs comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Participate in patient assessment processes by providing visual aids that enhance understanding of medical procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, dental terminology, and anatomy knowledge to create relevant content. Assist in the development of educational materials for patients, focusing on infection control and aseptic techniques. Support the team in medical documentation and record management using EMR systems.

Experience

Proven experience in digital design, preferably within a dental or medical setting. Familiarity with chairside assisting, dental office operations, and laboratory experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools. Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and vital signs monitoring is an asset. Experience with medical coding and documentation practices is beneficial. Strong understanding of pediatric care principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
