We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for our next Digital Designer. Could It Be You?We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Designer who has a strong track record of creating visually appealing and effective digital designs. He/she will support our marketing department on several projects including our website, social media, emails, newsletters, online advertising and other key digital initiatives. The candidate has proven skills and experience in turning digital marketing and communication strategies into beautifully designed assets that build Questrade\xe2\x80\x99s brand and drive new customer demand and conversion.Need more details? • Display a strong understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction, delivering effective, on-brand, and on strategy creative for Questrade\xe2\x80\x99s multi-channel digital initiatives
• Produce designs for websites, microsites, webinars, newsletters, social media, static and animated banner ads, email campaigns, online videos, etc.
• Craft visually compelling concepts and designs that align with our brand guidelines
• Translate marketing initiatives into creative concepts
• Work with designers, writers, project leads, stakeholders on projects across different types of media and take work from concept to final execution within deadline
• Present completed ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders
• Build and organize our creative assets and stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• Provide design support for offline initiatives, including but not limited to OOH ads, campaigns, visual communications, print and collateral

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital design
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing a variety of digital design projects
• Hands on experience working on Digital, Print and Motion Graphics/Video projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Keen interest and a good understanding of financial products & technology
• Strong understanding of the principles of effective design, marketing and brand building
• Established presentation skills
• Complete understanding of market trends and marketing briefs
• Proficiency working with, and adopting AI tools preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Nice to have: Experience working on financial services and products
