The senior web advisor is responsible for owning and maintaining our Canadian NRF web site in English and French. This role will support our marketing, communications, events, linguistics, and webinar teams across the firm. This role will also work alongside our regional and central digital teams as we migrate to a new content management system in 2026.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to own and innovate the web management process for the firm .


You will be focusing on:



Website Management:

Day-to-day ownership of all web pages in the NRF Canada website. Oversee the creation, curation, and management of web content to ensure it is relevant and up-to date

Web Publishing

: Oversee the daily publishing of legal update articles, client work, press releases

SEO:

Ensure all content is accurate, optimized for SEO, and consistent with brand and visual standards

CMS:

Oversee the management and maintenance of web platforms and related tools to ensure the website is optimized for performance across all devices

Migration:

Oversee the Canadian firm's migration to a new CMS system and provide expertise on best practices

Analytics:

Monitor, analyze, and report on web performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.

CRM:

Provide CRM support as it relates to events, webinars, and email distributions. List targeting, creation, populating contacts and client tagging

Webinars:

Own relationship with our webinar platform and oversee day-to-day setup of virtual events and invitations

Cross-pollination:

Work closely with other teams to ensure the website supports the overall firm priorities and initiatives

Brand Champion:

The senior advisor will be an expert on the global NRF brand in Canada and able to identify proper application


What you bring to the role:



5-8 years of experience in a digital channel, web publishing, or web management role In-house agency web experience considered an asset Certification in digital marketing or web development preferred Experience in web strategy, content management systems (CMS), and user experience (UX) Advanced knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) Experience in email marketing and CRM systems Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience in Sitecore, ON24, InterAction, and Ceros considered a strong asset Project management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities Ability to work completely independently but also collaboratively as needed Bilingual (English and French) considered a strong asset
Vancouver Salary: $74,928 - $103 000. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview and will be based on experience.
