This is a remote position for candidates all over Canada. There is a chance we will move into an office in the GTA, however, we will always offer WFH employment.

We're looking for a

full-time Digital Copywriter

to research, plan, and write compelling copy across multiple channels--including organic social, email/SMS, and web content--as part of our "Full Circle Approach to Digital Marketing."

Founded in 2015, we're a Toronto-based but fully remote digital agency of 20+ marketers, designers, and strategists. We specialize in Shopify Plus brands but work with businesses of all shapes and sizes worldwide. Our services include paid and organic social, email/SMS marketing and automation, web design & dev, branding, influencer collaborations, fulfillment, Amazon management, and customer service.

Our clients span industries like beauty, fashion, home goods, wellness, food, CPG, real estate, and beyond. You may have seen some of them in

In This Role, You'll:

Stay on top of trends and platform updates to be the go-to for social and digital copy best practices. Take ownership of client copy across social, email, SMS, web, and ads--ensuring everything is strategic, engaging, and on-brand. Work hand-in-hand with designers, strategists, and account managers to craft content that moves the needle. Monitor performance metrics and partner with our Digital Analyst to refine and optimize your work. Contribute to the bigger marketing picture by aligning copy with every stage of the customer journey. Continuously sharpen your skills through feedback, training, and self-development. Balance deadlines, budgets, and task prioritization with the help of our Project Coordinator.

Success Looks Like:

Social engagement rates, email open/click metrics, and SEO traffic improvements tied to your work. Consistently delivering polished copy on time and within scope. Bringing new ideas, trend insights, and creative solutions to the team. Being a reliable teammate who contributes to our collaborative culture.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years' experience in a copywriting role focused on digital marketing. Proven results managing social channels and producing content that drives engagement. Experience writing across email, web, and other digital platforms. Strong understanding of how copy supports broader marketing goals. Comfort writing for diverse industries and adapting to multiple brand voices. Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform strategy. Extreme attention to detail (include the code
