The Digital Customer Experience team seeking a Digital Content Advisor to join their team. This position reports to the Manager, Digital Commerce Experience.

The Digital Customer Experience team drives and creates exceptional digital experiences for all digital interactions with Shaw customers. Our focus is to link digital activity to corporate strategy, enhancing processes and systems to win, serve and retain customers.

As a Digital Content Advisor you will be responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of digital content across a variety of applications, platforms and CMS systems; supporting release activity, and identifying opportunities for process improvement within their portfolio of digital properties and applications. In addition to the execution of content to improve digital experiences, you work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, product managers and technical teams to maintain site and brand standards while improving customer experience within the online channel.

What you will do...

  • Publish content updates in various content management systems including Contentful, Ektron, and Khoros
  • Support release planning and activities including the occasional early morning and evening
  • Support initiatives by providing knowledge of content execution and requirements during planning
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the platforms and delivery processes
  • Create and sustain publishing standards
  • Cross train members on new features and processes
What you will bring...
  • 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing and developing digital content using content management systems and technology platforms
  • Advanced HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge
  • Experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies as well as ticketing systems like JIRA
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Teams, Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and responding to pressing demands
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and solid-relationship management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
