The Digital Customer Experience team seeking a Digital Content Advisor to join their team. This position reports to the Manager, Digital Commerce Experience.
The Digital Customer Experience team drives and creates exceptional digital experiences for all digital interactions with Shaw customers. Our focus is to link digital activity to corporate strategy, enhancing processes and systems to win, serve and retain customers.
As a Digital Content Advisor you will be responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of digital content across a variety of applications, platforms and CMS systems; supporting release activity, and identifying opportunities for process improvement within their portfolio of digital properties and applications. In addition to the execution of content to improve digital experiences, you work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, product managers and technical teams to maintain site and brand standards while improving customer experience within the online channel.
