Job Summary:
The Digital Communications Associate will lead the identification, development, and publication of relevant, educational, and engaging content for various communication platforms to inform and educate the public and patients about CancerCare Manitobas (CCMB) programs and services, including screening, prevention, clinical services and research. The position will optimize digital media content and establish, monitor, and report on key performance metrics related to followers and public engagement. The incumbent will engage with the public, patients, community partners, and service providers through various digital channels, including on our patient clinical applications such as MyCare App , serving as an active and trusted voice in CancerCare conversations. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role will actively share information on CancerCare Manitobas services and providers and promptly address questions, concerns, and suggestions to foster knowledge, trust, and respect among all stakeholders as a safe and high-quality cancer organization.
