Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Digital Assistant to support daily sales analysis, digital campaigns, and content execution across Social Media platforms and eCommerce. This role partners closely with the Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams to optimize performance, ensure brand consistency, and drive traffic and sales.

This is a multifaceted position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can pivot between tasks with ease, and enjoys analytics and problem solving. The ideal candidate is resourceful, solutions-oriented, and excited to learn and grow with a collaborative team. You'll work closely with our IT, buying, and marketing teams to ensure our online product presentation is seamless, up-to-date, and optimized for conversion. Note: this role will be in-person at our Halifax headquarters.

Responsibilities

Analyze traffic and performance data to identify growth opportunities. Support homepage updates, email builds, and ad scheduling across social and Google. Monitor live ads to ensure strong performance and ROI; track monthly ad spend. Schedule and optimize social media posts; assist with weekly social and monthly KPI reporting. Support SEO implementation to improve search visibility. Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure brand, product, and seasonal alignment. Contribute to campaign strategy, influencer marketing ideas, and asset development. Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Other duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or digital merchandising is a strong asset Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or a related field considered an asset Experience with eCommerce platforms, digital advertising, email, SEO, and social media. Experience in Graphic Design A self-starter with strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail Collaborative mindset with strong time management skills Strong written communication skills
