The Merchandising team creates and executes transformative global product strategies that ensure we have the right assortment in the right place at the right time to fulfill our guests' unmet needs to deepen our guest relationships, grow our brand and deliver on our long-term enterprise goals. We possess deep awareness and intuition of global marketplace dynamics and regional guest needs and use this knowledge to identify opportunities to maximize guest demand in both stores and online.
a day in the life
The Digital Assistant Merchant supports the Merchandising Manager in online Merchandising with the accurate and proficient management of digital marketing tactics. The Digital Assistant Merchant is responsible for the maintenance of product information and ad-hoc reporting that support the Digital Merchandising team in the pre-season and in-season execution of the digital merchandising experience.
Run selling and site analytics reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; support with ad-hoc analysis as needed, making suggestions for business based on findings.
Assist Digital Merchandise Manager with pre-season GTM activities.
Support in all Digital Marketing and Brand related tactics
Data entry and maintenance of campaign and email planning tools
Inventory tracking of featured styles for stock levels and delivery dates
Complete Marketing Look Books and support other social media asks
Attend weekly Brand and Marketing meetings with Digital Merchandising Manager
Support in all Ecommerce execution related tactics
Support site excellence through routine audit and maintenance of site; reviewing category, activity, and PDP pages, partnering with Category Specialist team to make updates as needed
Assist Digital Merchandising Manager with quarterly ecommerce planning, helping to pull together inputs from Merchandising team to populate Quarterly Priority Document.
In-season tracking and management of digital performance (i.e. filters, EPS, etc)
Compile direction for quarterly PDP outfitting that best supports the Global Merchandising strategy.
Complete outside competitive audit weekly and present findings back to Merchandising team.
Provide support to the Digital Merchandising Manager with other situational day-to-day tasks.
qualifications
BA, BSc, BBA, BComm (or equivalent), specialization in Retail or Merchandising Management an asset
Retail experience preferred and Merchandising and Marketing experience is an asset
Curiosity about the digital marketplace; passion around the online shopping experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Financial acumen and understanding of retail math
Acute eye for product, trend, and online merchandising tactics
Proven ability building collaborative team relationships
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to accurately and efficiently manage data entry and highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team?performance. The?typical hiring range for this position is from?$55,300 - 72,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
