The Digital Analyst will interpret and understand visitor behaviour through the extraction and analysis of data generated by online user activity and web traffic pertaining to the EBM team.

How you will create impact:

Monitor and interpret web traffic data, and provide insights on bounce rates, funnel performance, conversion rates, and any other website related activity.

Support the implementation and maintenance of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) for new and existing web properties.

Communicate trends, pain points, metrics, opportunities, and actionable recommendations in verbal briefs, dashboards and reports to a wide-ranging business audience.

Identify and analyze new and potential product and services, markets, and advertising opportunities.

Create forecasts using operational, statistical tools and models, and provide value-added analysis to anticipate needs of digital and product teams.

To join our team:

University Degree in a computer-science, online marketing, or a related field and 3 years of data analysis, reporting and presentation experience.

Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, segmentation, behavioral targeting, a firm understanding of traffic drivers.

Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, other DMPs, etc.), web content management, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), search, and retrieval systems, such as WordPress

Experience working with Statistical Analysis System (SAS), Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS), Statistical regression models and similar tools, dash boarding tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau) and advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
