Who We Are:

Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We are looking for a

Digital Ads Specialist

to join our growing team!

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving designer who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring Taiv's restaurant partners always have clear, compelling, and on-brand advertising running on their TVs. If you have a strong eye for design, work quickly and accurately, and love building clean creative within templates, this role is for you.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the creative engine behind a rapidly growing startup. You'll help shape how promotions look in venues across North America and gain exposure to the intersection of tech, media, and hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing:

Create high-quality, on-brand promotional ads for partner venues Ensure all creative output is visually clean, readable from a distance, and consistent with brand guidelines Deliver assigned creatives on or before deadlines with minimal errors or rework Make quick edits to existing ads as requested Work within Canva templates and improve them to enable faster, scalable production Maintain well-organized and editable design files for team reuse Manage your workload independently and prioritize effectively Communicate progress and blockers clearly with your manager

Who You Are:

Experience creating digital ads, marketing graphics, or promotional visuals Strong proficiency with Canva and template-based design workflows Ability to produce a high volume of assets while maintaining quality and consistency Excellent attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and readability Strong communication skills and responsiveness Comfortable taking direction while also contributing creative ideas Ability to work quickly, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines Able to work autonomously once trained, with minimal oversight

Your Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a graphic design or creative production role Portfolio showcasing clean, brand-consistent work - especially ad or marketing materials Experience working with templates and brand guidelines Experience in hospitality or restaurant-related work (preferred) Located in Winnipeg or willing to relocate
