About the Position As part of our international expansion into the United States, France, and other French-speaking European countries, we are seeking a talented Digital Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital acquisition strategies to drive our company\'s growth. You will work closely with other internal teams to ensure alignment of objectives and the success of our marketing campaigns. Proficiency in English and French is essential, as we operate in bilingual and multicultural markets. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy by studying the market, identifying opportunities, and setting clear, achievable objectives.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to attract new customers.
  • Optimize conversion rates by improving the user experience and the conversion page.
  • Analyze results and monitor key performance indicators to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Master Hubspot: Effectively use the platform\'s marketing tools to optimize our campaigns. This includes data manipulation and analysis, creating customized sequences, and setting up automated workflows to facilitate lead management and improve the efficiency of our marketing efforts.
  • Experiment and innovate by testing new ideas, exploring new avenues for growth, and staying informed about emerging practices and channels.
  • Lead content creation in collaboration with our creative team to strengthen our online presence and support our acquisition initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in digital acquisition and managing online advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of online acquisition channels and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and French.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for experimentation and exploring new opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits:
