We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of store management. Prior retail management experience are highly valued.
Duties
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Manage merchandising strategies, including pricing, product placement, and inventory control
Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with accuracy
Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new employees/volunteers
Monitor sales performance and develop marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and revenue
Maintain POS systems, oversee cash handling procedures, and ensure compliance with security protocols
Develop budgets, manage expenses, and implement cost-control measures
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships for inventory replenishment
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership capabilities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in negotiation, sales management, and marketing strategies
Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
Ability to train staff on customer service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures
Demonstrated ability in budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales growth initiatives
Exceptional interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
Knowledge of merchandising techniques, purchasing processes, and retail sales analytics
Leadership qualities with a focus on team management and staff development
High level of professionalism with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
