Duties:

• Assess patients\' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
• Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Monitor patients\' progress and make adjustments to their meal plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patient assessments and progress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
