Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes, as well as proficiency in using various tools and technologies. The Operator will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient operations within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate Bobst Die cutting machines and other fabrication equipment to produce components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of parts. Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Use basic math skills to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements. Program machinery as required for specific production runs, ensuring optimal performance. Measure components using calipers and other measuring tools to verify accuracy. Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the production area.

Experience

Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is preferred. Strong blueprint reading skills are required for interpreting technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills are necessary for calculations related to production tasks. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is beneficial.

Pay: $17.28-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
