Die Cut Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Die-Cut Operator based onsite at a Folding Carton Manufacturing facility at Woodbridge, ON.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with die-cutting operations in a folding carton environment and is confident performing complete machine setups and tooling adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain die-cutting machines for folding carton production
Perform complete tooling setups, including die, stripping, and blanking tools
Inspect products to ensure accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve production or equipment issues quickly and safely
Work closely with production leads and press operators to meet production schedules
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
Qualifications:

o Minimum 2 years of experience operating die-cutting equipment in a folding carton or print packaging environmentStrong understanding of tooling and machine setup processes Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and within a team environment Flexibility for different shifts or overtime as required A positive and friendly attitude
