We are seeking a skilled and motivated

DevOps Specialist

to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure supporting our hybrid environments. This role bridges development and IT operations, driving automation, continuous delivery, and infrastructure modernization across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, implement, and maintain

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

Automate provisioning, configuration management, and environment setup for

on-premise

and

cloud

environments Manage and optimize

Linux-based systems

across hybrid infrastructures Develop and maintain containerized environments for scalable application deployment Design, build, and optimize

robust

GitLab CI/CD pipelines

to enable automated testing, deployment, and delivery across hybrid environments Configure, scale, and maintain

GitLab Runners

for high availability, performance, and efficient resource utilization Automate deployment, configuration, and updates for servers, services, and applications Collaborate with development teams to ensure

smooth, automated code releases

Implement and maintain

observability and monitoring solutions

Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and Runner operations, driving

continuous improvement and operational resilience

Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure

uptime and resilience

Participate in

on-call rotations

and contribute to

incident response

and

postmortems

Manage and support

AWS

Azure

cloud infrastructure

(compute, networking, storage, IAM) Troubleshoot and resolve issues across

Required Skills & Qualifications:



5 years of experience in

DevOps

or

Infrastructure Engineering

roles, or related roles managing automated, scalable systems in cloud or hybrid environments Hands-on expertise in

Ansible

, or equivalent frameworks

Hands-on expertise in Docker or equivalent

Hands-on expertise in RKE2,

Kubernetes or equivalent

Proficiency with

CI/CD

tools such as

GitLab CI

or equivalent

Strong background in

Linux systems administration

Experience implementing and maintaining

monitoring/observability tools

(e.g.,

Prometheus

,

Grafana

,

Zabbix

) Solid understanding of

cloud infrastructure

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong sense of
