Overview

We are seeking an intermediate-level DevOps Engineer to help design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and web applications. This role is ideal for someone with prior hands-on DevOps experience who is comfortable working across infrastructure, automation, and application deployment, with a strong emphasis on AWS and infrastructure-as-code.
You will work closely with engineering teams to build reliable, secure, and repeatable
deployment pipelines in cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on

AWS

Build and manage infrastructure using

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

tools such as

AWS

CDK, Terraform

, or equivalent
Support the deployment and operation of

web applications

in cloud environments
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
Deploy and manage

containerized services

using

Docker

Monitor system health, performance, and reliability, and help troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows and system
scalability
Participate in infrastructure design reviews and contribute to best practices

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a

DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure-focused

role

Hands-on experience with

AWS

and core services (e.g., EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS,
ECS/EKS, Lambda)
Experience using

Infrastructure as Code

tools such as:

o AWS CDK (preferred)

o Terraform or similar IaC framewor

ks

Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language:

o Bash

o Python

o TypeScript

Experience deploying and supporting

web applications

in cloud environments
Familiarity with

Docker

and building/deploying containerized applications
Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Experience with

Ansible

or other configuration management / automation tools
Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Familiarity with container orchestration (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes)
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
Experience supporting production systems with uptime and scaling requirements

What We're Looking For
