Re porting to the Development Manager, you will champion the DevOps process while managing and optimizing our database infrastructure.
You will drive initiatives that enhance automation, deployment, and operational efficiency across our application landscape.
In this hybrid role, you will manage, secure, and optimize (mainly) Microsoft SQL Server databases across both virtual machines and Azure PaaS environments. You're passionate about working with SQL databases both in traditional VM-based environments and in modern Azure PaaS solutions like Azure SQL Database and Managed Instances.
You enjoy solving complex data challenges, optimizing slow-running queries, and automating routine tasks. You bring a thoughtful, systematic approach to DevOps and infrastructure management and are eager to contribute your expertise in a senior capacity, collaborating closely with developers, IT teams, and cloud architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
