Ton poste

Tu reporteras au Gestionnaire Ing\xc3\xa9nierie de fabrication. Le poste est permanent, temps plein, bas\xc3\xa9 sur le site de production \xc3\xa0 Montr\xc3\xa9al (Laval, QC) et la compagnie essayera d\'accommoder des conditions de travail flexibles.

Le D\xc3\xa9veloppeur logiciel participe \xc3\xa0 la mise en place de solution pour assurer le suivi, la qualit\xc3\xa9 et l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 des proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s de fabrication. Il d\xc3\xa9veloppe et maintien des solutions utiliser par les op\xc3\xa9rateurs afin de configurer et valider les produits commercialis\xc3\xa9s. Il r\xc3\xa9colte de l\'information sur les r\xc3\xa9sultats et les stations afin de faciliter la maintenance et pr\xc3\xa9venir les probl\xc3\xa8mes.

Tes t\xc3\xa2ches pourront inclure les suivantes:

• Identifier les pistes d\'am\xc3\xa9liorations de la production par l\'analyse de l\'information disponible
• Travailler avec les autres d\xc3\xa9veloppeurs de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe pour l\'introduction de nouveaux produits et tests
• Participer \xc3\xa0 des revues de code et \xc3\xa0 la mise en place de bonnes pratiques en d\xc3\xa9veloppement logiciel
• Proposer et travailler sur des nouvelles solutions technologiques dernier cri

Ton exp\xc3\xa9rience et tes comp\xc3\xa9tences

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at dans un domaine des technologies de l\'information ou autre domaine connexe.
• Au moins 1 ann\xc3\xa9e d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que d\xc3\xa9veloppeur.se logiciel.
• Connaissances en Python
• Connaissance de GIT
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise de l\'anglais \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit et \xc3\xa0 l\'oral.
• Atout : connaissance de Linux
• Atout : connaissance des protocoles de communication bas niveau (I\xc2\xb2C, SPI, etc.)
• Atout : connaissance des r\xc3\xa9seaux IP et en configuration d\'\xc3\xa9quipement

The Role

You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The position is permanent, full-time, based out of the production site in Montreal (Laval, QC) and the company will try to accommodate flexible working conditions.

The Software Developer participates in the implementation of solutions to ensure the monitoring, quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes. He/she develops and maintains solutions used by operators in order to configure and validate marketed products. He/she collects information on results and stations in order to facilitate maintenance and prevent problems.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify ways to improve production by analyzing available information
• Work with other developers on the team to introduce new products and tests
• Participate in code reviews and implementation of best practices in software development
• Propose and work on new state-of-the-art technological solutions

Ton exp\xc3\xa9rience et tes comp\xc3\xa9tences

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum one year of experience as a Software Developer
• Fully bilingual English and French (written and spoken fluently)
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of GIT
• Knowledge of Linux an asset
• Knowledge of low-level communication protocols (I\xc2\xb2C, SPI, etc.) an asset
• Knowledge of IP networks and equipment configuration an asset
