Nos attentes

Dans le cadre de votre poste d\xe2\x80\x99agent de m\xc3\xa9thode, vous serez responsable de d\xc3\xa9velopper les m\xc3\xa9thodes de fabrication des composants de moteur P&WC (Turbines, compresseurs, chambre \xc3\xa0 combustion, etc.). Vous aurez la chance de collaborer au sein d\xe2\x80\x99une \xc3\xa9quipe d\xe2\x80\x99une soixantaine d\xe2\x80\x99agent de m\xc3\xa9thode, de programmeurs NC, de sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s sp\xc3\xa9ciaux et de sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de l\xe2\x80\x99inspection CMM.

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Faire une revue de la conception de l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie pour en valider la mise en fabrication de la pi\xc3\xa8ce;
• D\xc3\xa9finir la strat\xc3\xa9gie de fabrication (proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s utilis\xc3\xa9es, s\xc3\xa9quencement, etc.);
• Commander l\xe2\x80\x99outillage requis, collaborer avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de conception d\xe2\x80\x99outil;
• R\xc3\xa9diger les gammes de fabrication;
• Support technique aux lignes de production;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99achat d\'\xc3\xa9quipement de fabrication;
• Gestion de projet.

Qualifications requises du poste:

• Une formation acad\xc3\xa9mique en g\xc3\xa9nie m\xc3\xa9canique ou en fabrication a\xc3\xa9ronautique au niveau coll\xc3\xa9gial ou universitaire est n\xc3\xa9cessaire (ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente).
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience comme agent de m\xc3\xa9thode ou programmeur NC est un atout important.
• Une bonne maitrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais est n\xc3\xa9cessaire.
• Une bonne maitrise de l\xe2\x80\x99anglais est un atout.

What are our expectations?

As a Methodist, you will be responsible for developing manufacturing methods for P&WC engine components (turbines, compressors, combustors, etc.). You will have the opportunity to work with a team of approximately 60 method agents, NC programmers, special process specialists and CMM inspection specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the engineering design to validate the manufacturing process of the part;
• Define the manufacturing strategy (processes used, sequencing, etc.);
• Order the required tooling, collaborate with the tool design team;
• Write the manufacturing routines;
• Technical support for production lines;
• Participate in the purchase of manufacturing equipment;
• Project management.

Position Requirements:

• An academic background in mechanical engineering or aerospace manufacturing at the college or university level is required (or equivalent experience).
• Experience as a method agent or NC programmer is an important asset.
• A good command of French is required.
• A good command of English is an asset.
