Are you passionate about soccer and inspiring the next generation of players? Lvlup Player Development is seeking a Development Soccer Coach to join our dynamic team and help players aged 3-16 improve their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions aligned with the program's curriculum for players aged 3-16. Incorporate age-appropriate coaching techniques, drills, and games to develop technical, tactical, and physical skills. Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect. Monitor and assess player development, providing feedback and encouragement to improve their performance. Ensure player safety during sessions by following safety protocols and maintaining awareness of surroundings. Collaborate with the Lvlup team to enhance the program and player development.

Requirements

Proven experience as a soccer coach, preferably with youth players. A strong understanding of soccer fundamentals, tactics, and player development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate players of varying skill levels and ages. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
