You'll work alongside our Associate Directors, contributing to our key goal: securing and delivering profitable, low-risk projects in collaboration with Graham's Infrastructure and Buildings divisions, utilizing a variety of Public Private Partnership and structured project financing models. Your role involves identifying potential projects, strategizing pursuits, and leading competitive proposals. Post-award, you'll act as Graham Capital's development lead, and manage the technical, commercial, and financial requirements of the project to ensure it is a success.
Your experience in the construction industry (5+ years preferred), excellent communication skills, and networking prowess make you an ideal fit.
