Job Description

We are looking for a Fullstack developer to join the DevOps team in Montreal, which is in charge of the Workflow product.



Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Design and development of product evolutions on the front-end components (Angular & React JS), as well as on the back-end components (Java & Kotlin language). Contribute to the improvement of code quality and sustainability (clean coding, craftmanship, etc.). Implement the ""software factory"" to build and deploy the application. Propose technical solutions and conduct POC if necessary. Provide technical support of the product with users and stakeholders. Handle product start-up operations. Assist third-party entities with implementing the product to then integrate it. Participate actively in the team's Agile ceremonies. Ensure documentation of the product, its components, and team practices. The Workflow teams are located in both Paris and Montreal. The candidate selected needs to be autonomous and able to work with a global team. Most of the work conducted on a day-to-day basis will be on the front-end. Therefore, proficiency and experience in Angular & React JS are required.



Profile

Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have:

5+ years of experience in a similar role. Angular, React, Bootstrap Java, Kotlin SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle SpringBoot ElasticSearch, Kibana, Matomo Kubernetes GitHub, GitHub Actions, Sonar, Jenkins Ability to understand complex problems involving multiple IT teams or users. Client centric: ability to interact with users on a daily basis and identify their needs.



Nice-to-have:

OpenTelemetry



Languages: English, French

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
