Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Tech Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote tools.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of user systems.
Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems when required.
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain SLAs for all support requests.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in technical or IT support.
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent relevant experience.
Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
ITIL or CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
