Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
Resolve network, printer, and application issues.
Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory.
Log and track issues through ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of desktop support experience.
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent relevant experience.
Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic networking.
Good communication and customer service skills.
ITIL certification (preferred).
