Responsibilities:Participate in imaging and deployment of desktops, laptops and peripherals following deployment documentation and checklistsTest for nominal operation of devices post-deploymentTroubleshooting to identify and resolve root cause of hardware or software malfunctions at the deskside levelFollow documentation and direction as requiredSmart Hands for AV, Telephone and Network teamsProvide proper and prompt updates to documentationMaintain inventory counts.Perform Print support as required. Provide mentorship to junior team members.Qualifications:A college or university education within Computer Sciences2 years of experience with desktop deployments, troubleshooting and upgradesPrevious experience completing complex Installs, moves, adds, changes of computer equipmentWindows Operating System proficiency ideally in Windows 10Ticketing system experienceEffective written and verbal interpersonal skillsOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentA valid driver\'s license and a clean driving recordAbility to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. regularlyA+ Certification an assetOilsands Safety certification an asset. Valid H2S Alive, Standard First aid w/CPR, WHMIS an assetAdditional Qualifications (Oil Sands teams):Willingness to travel to remote sites in Alberta Oil Sands region On Call required
