In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Participate in all activities related to new product development, within planned deadlines and budgets Design and 3D model track systems for agricultural and industrial machinery Actively participate in technical reviews and production workshops Collaborate with the validation team to ensure that your designs perform as well in real life as they do on your screen. Work closely with other departments (quality, production, purchasing, customer service) and sometimes directly with our customers. Develop your autonomy in project management--an asset that will serve you well throughout your career.

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering 1 to 3 years of design experience (your internships count too!) Proficiency in 3D modeling Curiosity, resourcefulness, and creativity in finding solutions The ability to collaborate in a team, even when deadlines are tight A keen interest in mechanics (and if you come from an agricultural background, you get bonus points!)
