About the Role:
As a Design Consultant, you will play an all-encompassing role in the client experience xe2x80x94 responsible for prospecting, sales, and design.
You will actively build relationships with small renovators, general contractors, and small builders, create stunning design solutions, and guide clients through a seamless journey from first meeting to project completion. Whether you prefer to prospect and find your own leads or work from incoming opportunities, success comes from your passion, design skills, and customer-first approach.
Top Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Prospecting: Develop new business relationships, focusing on small-scale builders and renovation companies.
xc2xb7 Sales: Manage the full sales process, building trust and delivering customized solutions.
xc2xb7 Design: Create functional and beautiful designs using 20/20 Design Software or similar tools.
Is this you?
You have a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and you are proficient with design software such as 20/20 Design or similar programs. You bring experience delivering outstanding customer service within a sales environment and are entrepreneurial, driven, and passionate about building client relationships. With excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, you thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere and align with Superior Cabinets' values of continuous improvement, respect, and delivering a superior customer experience.
