Design & Build Project Manager (Hands-On)
We are looking for a
reliable, hands-on project manager
with strong design sense who is not afraid to work on site. This role involvesmanaging renovation projects while actively participating in execution
, not just supervising.This position is ideal for someone who can
design, plan, coordinate, and physically execute
parts of the work when needed.Responsibilities:
Manage renovation projects
from design to completion
Producebasic AutoCAD drawings
(layouts, elevations, installation plans) Visit sites regularly tomeasure, plan, and troubleshoot
Coordinatetrades, suppliers, and deliveries
Be present during deliveries and installations to ensure accuracy Performhands-on work
as needed (painting, installations, light carpentry, finishing) Ensuretimelines, budgets, and quality standards
are met on site Solve problems in real time when things don't go as plannedRequirements:
Experience in
construction / renovation projects
Strongdesign awareness
and attention to detail Hands-on attitude -- not afraid to use tools Ability to work independently andlead on site
Organized, practical, and solution-oriented Comfortable coordinating deliveries, installs, and last-minute changesJob Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $1,500.00-$3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
