Key Responsibilities

Assist the designer with project coordination and design documentation.

Fill out and update design specification sheets

with material, finish, and fixture details. Deliver samples, materials, and other items to clients or job sites. Attend site visits and take progress photos as needed. Support with sourcing and organizing finishes, furnishings, and decor selections. Communicate with suppliers, trades, and clients as directed. Maintain digital project files, notes, and photo documentation. Occasionally assist with light admin tasks such as email correspondence or updating client files.

Qualifications

Strong interest in interior design, renovations, or related fields. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Valid

driver's license

and

access to a reliable vehicle

(required). Comfortable traveling within the Greater Vancouver area, including North Vancouver. Basic understanding of design materials, finishes, or construction terms (an asset but not required). Strong communication and time management skills. Proficiency with Google Drive, Canva, or design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an asset.
