As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a talented, detail-driven Interior Design Assistant to join our collaborative team. If you're passionate about great design. love turning ideas into reality, and want to contribute to high-impact projects - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the principal interior designer, clients, consultants, and team members to bring creative visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the design process from concept through to installation Assisting with client meetings and communication Preparing design concepts, material palettes, and design plans Reviewing floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for accuracy and detail Creating specification documentation for finishes and fixtures Sourcing materials, samples, and furnishings aligned with design goals and budget Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout all project phases Managing timelines, budgets, and project logistics Staying current with design trends, materials, and practices Presenting ideas and deliverables with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of interior design experience A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (required) Strong technical proficiency in Sketchup, Layout, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook Deep understanding in design principles, construction, colour theory, and building codes Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills - both verbal and visual A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for creating exceptional environments
