We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Repair Department Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the service department, ensuring that Production and Quality targets are met while providing exceptional team guidance. You will lead a team of repair service technicians, fostering a positive work environment and driving performance through effective management and support.
Duties
Supervise daily repair department operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with upper management on service flow efficiency and quality management systems.
Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain a Consistent high level of quality.
Maintain the specified repair turn times.
Distributing the repair work to technicians.
Maintain maximum efficiencies within the service department.
Compiling the repair quotations.
Assessing supplier components and overall quality of components
Quality control
Accessing the image quality and functionality of a repaired endoscope.
Testing the optical and physical parameters.
Performing the final quality check list.
Completing the Quality Control Documents.
Assist with repairs when volume is high.
On-site product assessments in healthcare facilities.
Technical Skills
Ability to read technical drawings.
Ability to follow work instructions.
Ability to work with precision.
Ability to work with a microscope.
Ability to use a soldering iron.
Excellent hand eye coordination.
Must be able to stay organized.
Laser welding (training provided)
Ability to diagnose and problem solve
