Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and patient satisfaction. The Associate Dentist will play a vital part in maintaining the practice's reputation for excellence in oral health care.

Responsibilities

Perform general and specialized dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care. Utilize dental CAD/CAM technology to design and create restorations when applicable. Able to Perform a plethora of different treatments including, but not limited to crowns, fillings, extractions, and root canals. Manage patient treatment plans, ensuring clear communication of procedures and post-treatment instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Paradigm, dental practice management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the dental office. Provide care tailored to pediatric patients when necessary, demonstrating sensitivity and patience. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control procedures, to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license and current DEA registration if applicable. Experience with dental office management software specifically Paradigm Experience working with pediatric patients is desirable but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Salary and pay structure will be discussed with candidates at the interview stage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
