Dental Scheduler

Your Role - The Voice of Patient Experience



You'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients. You'll help them feel confident about their care and clear about what to expect.

Your daily responsibilities include:

Making 80+ outbound calls/day

to schedule appointments and follow-ups (checkups, cleanings, treatments).

Answering questions

about services, availability, and policies with warmth and professionalism.

Verifying insurance info

and assisting with treatment scheduling and financial options.

Managing the schedule

to maximize efficiency for our doctors and team.

Maintaining accurate records

and handling data entry with care and confidentiality (PIPEDA-compliant).

Collaborating with reception and clinical staff

to ensure seamless patient flow.

Who You Are



You're not just looking for a role--you're looking for the right role. You

1+ years

in a customer-facing role (dental, medical, call centre, hotel, etc.) A natural

people person

who listens, explains clearly, and builds rapport quickly.

Fast on the keyboard

(35+ WPM), organized, and tech-savvy. Able to

prioritize

under pressure, solve problems, and stay calm when it's busy. You

do what you say you'll do

, and care about doing it well. You prioritize

health, wellbeing, and high standards

, both personally and professionally. Available for shifts that include: Monday & Wednesday: 12 PM - 8 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 10 AM - 6 PM Friday: 9 AM - 1 PM Saturday: 9 AM - 1 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
