All Seasons Dental Clinic is actively seeking applicants to fill a permanent administrative position at our clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a supportive and patient focused practice in the heart of North Kildonan.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and check them in for their appointments.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using Dentrix.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Collect patient information, including medical history and insurance details, ensuring accuracy in records.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for patients.
Assist with billing processes and insurance claims as needed.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the office.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
