The team at Johnstone Periodontics located in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time/temporary basis for a maternity leave coverage. The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

- Full-time position status
- Temporary employment (possibility to become permanent)
- State-of-the-art technologies/equipment such as CBCT scanner, Trios 3Shape Digital Scanner, digital radiographs

- 35+ hours per week
- Monday - Friday (no evenings or weekends)
- Temporary contract start and end months (May 2024 - June 2025)
- Willing to train the right candidate!
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate - preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Opti-Micro/DentalWare is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
