We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Lead Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and possess strong administrative skills. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office appointment book.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems.
Process patient information and verify insurance details.
Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
Manage multi-line phone systems to ensure timely communication.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Utilize software Paradigm for scheduling and record management (Paradigm training will be provided)
Ensure compliance with dental terminology standards in all communications.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is preferred with a Minimum of 3-5 years experience is preferred.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, specifically Paradigm.
Strong understanding of dental terminology related to dental practices.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Experience with front desk operations and administrative duties is essential.
Mandarin and/or Cantonese and/or Farsi Speaking is an asset.
