Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and booking appointments in a professional and friendly manner
- Using Abeldent software for processing payments and billing
- Filing and other administrative duties as necessary
- Maintain patient records and accounts in accordance with the Privacy Act
-Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
-Completing referrals and insurance forms
Requirements:
- Dental Reception experience is an asset but not required
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience supervising staff and managing teams is an asset
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting is an asset
