Dental Receptionist
Job Description
We are a family-owned and operated dental office located in Langley. With state of the art technology and a tight-knit team, we feel strongly about providing our patients with the best care in a warm and comforting environment. We are currently looking for a front desk Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice! Tasks include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, checking insurance information, sending insurance authorizations, billing, and answering calls. Our expectations are that applicants show a willingness to learn, display a friendly demeanour, and fit within our team-based environment. Placement would include:
- 3 - 4 day per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
- Above Industry Standard Compensation
- Using computers to update electronic patient records
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Second language an asset
- 7 - 8 hour shifts
- Weekends as needed
