on a full-time basis.
The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.


Our team is searching for a friendly, positive and organized individual who can multi task and has previous dental experience

SCHEDULE:

Approximately 28.5 hours per week Tuesday 7:45am - 4:45pm, Wednesday 7:45am - 4:15pm, Thursday 7:45am - 4:45pm, Friday 7:45am - 12:45pm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Previous dental experience required Completion of a Dental Administraion, Assisting, or Hygiene Certificate is required. Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset
