Job Description

Cottonwood Mall Dental Centre is seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team.

This is a part time position that could lead to full time in the future.

Evenings and Weekends are required

Duties



Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations to ensure a smooth flow of appointments. Schedule and confirm patient appointments Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, utilizing phone systems effectively. Maintain accurate patient records Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Communicate effectively with dental staff to coordinate patient care and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements



Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff professionally. Experience with front desk operations and phone systems is required. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional patient service are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week

Additional pay:

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
