We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dental Recall Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Recall Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the recall process to ensure our patients receive timely reminders for their pending appointments. Your role will involve contacting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with patients to schedule recall appointments for preventive and follow-up dental care. Maintain a database of patient information and appointment schedules. Follow up with patients via phone calls, emails, or text to remind them of upcoming appointments. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth scheduling. Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Keep accurate records of patient communication and appointment history. Collaborate with the administrative team to optimize scheduling efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a dental office or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
