Digital Marketing & Analytics Coordinator
to help us manage our dental practice patient communication, education and outreach efforts by working with a team to coordinate, analyze and leverage patient information to support positive patient outcomes.
This is an exciting
junior role with career development potential
in dental marketing, healthcare, and digital media.

You will be responsible for growing our online and local presence, creating engaging content, and analyzing communications performance while also gaining hands-on experience in how a dental office operates.
Analytics Efforts
Work with robust clinical office data to gain insights that will improve patient care, access and outcomes
Provide support to office manager, front office and clinical teams
Track
key performance metrics
(social media engagement, campaign ROI, patient inquiries, and referrals)
Plan and coordinate
community outreach and patient education initiatives
Monitor and respond to
online patient reviews
Support branding and educational material development
Digital and Traditional Patient Marketing
Work with team to engage patients with all
external social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, etc.)
Support
Google Ads, SEO strategy, and website content updates
Develop and execute
email and SMS patient outreach campaigns
Help manage patient communication and engagement programs
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
(preferred but not required)
Experience with
social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic SEO
Strong
analytical skills
with an ability to track and interpret marketing performance
Creative and out-of-the-box thinker
with strong content creation skills
Excellent
attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to
work independently
while also collaborating with a team
Strong proficiency in
Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with
dental or healthcare marketing
(a plus but not required)

(working less than 20 hours per week) and actively seeking full-time employment
Meeting the Employment Insurance (EI) Act definition of an "insured participant", which means:
Having an
active EI claim

Compensation:
This OJCP Participant will receive approximately
$704 weekly
in base pay
Bonus payments are also available based on performance
Potential for
a permanent full-time role
at the end of the contract
