Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and team oriented office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patient as they come.
- Confidently handle multiple landline systems.
- Must be proficient in confirming insurance coverage, verifying details with patient, and entering in system.
- Familiar with billing codes and billing.
- Making patients\xe2\x80\x99 aware of co-pays, deductibles and taking payment from patients and entering in system.
- We are paperless, so maintain patient records in system including conversations with them.
- Understandins dental terminology and procedures.
- Co- ordinating with labs for timely delivery of cases.
- Scheduling the appointments for hygiene and associates, rebook cancelled appointment.
- Sending basic and major estimates and following up as well.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Minimum 2-3 years of dental reception experience.
- TRACKER experience is must.
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
