Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a dental setting, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows. This role is central to ensuring an efficient, patient-focused, and team-oriented environment. Bilingualism is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and records management. Supervise, train, and support administrative and clinical staff to maintain high performance and morale. Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations, privacy laws, and infection control standards. Manage patient accounts, insurance claims, and financial reporting using dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Cleardent, or similar). Monitor office budgets, control expenses, and manage supply inventory to optimize efficiency. Develop and implement office policies and procedures that promote consistency, accuracy, and quality service. Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional patient experience. Handle conflict resolution, performance reviews, and team scheduling with professionalism and discretion. Serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring clear communication, confidentiality, and a welcoming environment. Drive initiatives to improve workflow, productivity, and overall office performance.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental office (administrative or management capacity required). Proven leadership and team management experience in a dental or healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and scheduling systems. Proficiency in dental practice management software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced setting. Bilingualism (English/French or English/Arabic) is an asset. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care excellence.

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
